INKMAKER TORINO REOPENS!
blog post

After being closed for 10 days, Inkmaker Torino, has reopened its doors for business.

Inkmaker, who could have stayed open due to its involvement with essential industries such as food and pharmaceutical packaging, preferred to close for a short period to evaluate and prepare the measures to be undertaken to guarantee a safe working environment for its team, other than those imposed by the Italian government.

The new measures saw a revision to the layout and workflow, of the Inkmaker plant in Northern Italy, ensuring the health and safety of all the team involved; Inkmaker staff and suppliers alike. The logistics for all the personal protective equipment (PPE) required, had to be calculated and arranged beforehand from Inkmaker's base in Shanghai, in order to be distributed on time.

Christophe Rizzo, CEO EMEA/Americas, Inkmaker Group said, "I speak for the board when I say, we are extremely proud to see the speed in which the Inkmaker team calmly came together in creating and activating an emergency plan; from different parts of the world, to ensure that when we would reopen, it would be a safe environment to do so. With Inkmaker Shanghai now open too, we are confident it can be 'business as usual'."
